Committed Realtor
Deciding on a Realtor is the first and critical part of finding or selling your home. You should find a Realtor who belongs to the National Association of Realtors and are associated with the Realtor® logo. This certifies that they have been trained and follow a Code of Ethics, which means they are held to the highest level of conduct and behavior more so than ordinary business practices or even those required by law. All Realtors are supposed to be licensed to sell real estate as an agent or broker but not all are Realtors®.
You also need to make sure that your realtor is approachable, friendly, and communicative. They need to be flexible and professional at all times. The Realtors® at Realty One Source are committed to consistently providing you excellent service with RESULTS.
Title Company
Buying and selling your house is the largest financial event of your life. How can you protect your investment? Most people understand the need for homeowners or hazard insurance to protect against fire or theft. However, defects in the title of your home may pose an even greater risk to your investment. Your home ownership may be threatened.
Title Insurance is your only protection against loss or damage from any claims of ownership against the title to your property. There are basically two types of title insurance policies - the Owner's policy and the Lender's policy. The Owner's policy protects the buyers equity in the property up to the purchase price. The Lender's policy protects the lender's interest in the property.
In additional to all this, every home and sale is unique and occasionally there are times when things can go wrong. With Garden Home Title by by your side, there is a team, consisting of your realtor, lawyers, closing professionals and experienced staff to ensure that we resolve issues before they become problems.
